Is it possible to organize an event, congress or company party spread over the three locations?

Absolutely! We adapt to the combination of the locations which is most desirable for you. Whether it is an overnight stay after a company party or barbecue after a meeting at the hotel. You always have a contactperson before, during and after your event.

Are the locations wheelchair and disabled accessible?

Yes, all the locations are accessible for wheelchairs. If you have specific wishes or questions regarding the accessibility of our locations, feel free to contact us.

Is it possible to get 1 invoice for the all costs from 2 or more locations?

Yes, that is often possible. If you visit two or more of our location, we always ensure that you receive one total invoice from us. But if you book a package in combination with Escape World, it is unfortunately not possible to get one invoice.

Is it possible to pay by invoice?

It is possible to pay by invoice with a minimum spending of 750 euros. Please note that for this we charge 17.50 euros in administration costs and a 2% credit limitation surcharge. If you want to pay by invoice, we would like to hear this in advance, so that we can request the correct information.

Where can I find the main entrance for events in Claus?

The main entrance for events is at the front of the property, where BARRACA Rodizio Grill & Bar is located.

Are the locations accessible by public transport?

Yes. From bus stop 'Overbos' on the other side of the Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport hotel bus 300 leaves with a 24/7 connection to Haarlem, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena. The hotel shuttle bus commutes between Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and the hotel on a fixed schedule.

Absolutely. Claus and Papa's Beach House together have approximately 1,000 free parking spaces. Parking at the Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport hotel (+ - 150 parking spaces) is available for a fee.

Yes, Claus Park Collection consists of Claus, Papa's Beach House and Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport.

Absolutely, all our locations have free WiFi on location. Claus and Courtyard by Marriott also offer extensive options with regard to fast, extensive or even private network during your event. Feel free to contact us for more information about the options.
