delivery conditions
Our delivery conditions consist of:
1. The Uniform Terms and Conditions for the hotel and catering industry (UVH).
2. For group reservations, the Further Conditions also apply to (Group) reservations,
N.B. Cancellation costs for restaurant and bowling reservations (if it does not concern a group reservation) are stated in Articles 9.3 and 9.4. from UVH.
VAT and other taxes:
All prices mentioned on this site are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise. The same goes for city tax, if applicable.
Validity of quotations:
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quotation, our quotations are valid for 21 days from the date of the quotation.

• 10% discount on food & beverage in Claus, Papa’s Beach House and Courtyard Amsterdam Airport.
• Valid until December 31st, 2020.
• Valid for a maximum of 12 people.
• Present the card at the hotel front desk to receive a free parking ticket.
• Discount not valid during events, on public holidays and in combination with discounts or special deals.
• Discount not valid at Admiral Casino and Escape World Hoofddorp.
• Personal use only. This card must be presented during purchase.
